In March 2001, Diameters Corporation, through its sister company, Diameters South Corporation, acquired the assets of Dyna-Bar, Inc. of Chicago Heights, Illinois. Dyna-Bar was a steel processor specializing in the production of Turned & Polished carbon, alloy and stainless steel bars. The benefits of this acquisition are numerous:

	Diameters Corporation is immediately more self-sufficient in relation to availability of T&P processing.
	We immediately offer greater value to customers who purchase both T&P and TG&P product.
	We become less dependent on ground product only and are able to pursue new market opportunities.
	We will have better control over our lead times and long-term costs.
